Tips to Help You Plan Your Event

· Plan WELL in advance - Advance planning will solve 75% of potential problems that occur. On any given weekend, event entertainment will book up to two years in advance.

· Check References - Quality companies will have many references documenting their skills.

· Set Goals & Stick to a Budget - When you set specific expectations about your corporate event, you can lay out a more appropriate budget. When you have set that budget, stick to it. It is very easy to go overboard.

· Entertainment will be remembered! - An equal amount of funds should be established for the production side of an event as the amount for food, beverages, and services.

· Try to relax your guests - Parties and social events naturally make people tense. Try to plan activities that will help loosen up your guests.

· Assumption is the mother of all screw-ups - Get things in writing and double check everything!

· Be creative & unique - Why do the same things as everyone else? It gets boring. Utilize the professionals that you are hiring. They can help you create an affair that will be memorable for you and your guests.

· Impress - Special effects will bring more to your party than you could imagine. Lighting, videos, confetti, and party props are all incredible additions to any event.
